Lotus biscoff cheesecake at You Doughnut

This is deceptive; at first glance this may look like a tub of ice-cream, or possibly frozen yogurt. Nope. This is much better:  it's a tub of cinnamon doughnuts (yes... really), biscoff cheesecake mousse (such a thing actually exists), dark chocolate sauce, biscoff crumbs and a whacking great Lotus biscuit for good measure. This is the bee's knees 🐝
