This newly opened cocktail bar and bubble waffle is determined to make its mark as one of the spots to go to for London's coolest dessert trend. The bubble waffle has become hugely popular in London and no instagram feed is complete until its got a picture of one. It hails from Hong Kong and is made in a waffle pan which sets them into a shape resembling bubble wrap. Although served plain in Hong Kong, at Bufle they're laden with gelato, sauce and toppings. 

The bubble waffles at Bufle are not only some of the most instagram-worthy you'll find, but they also have the most extensive, imaginative menu and are made as authentically as possible. Western palates might appreciate the Oreo Delight, Strawberry Bellini Party or the Funky Cereal Club with bubblegum flavoured gelato, rainbow cereal and fresh strawberries. The more adventurous might try flavours such as matcha, red miso & caramel or black cherry blossom.
